Sunday delivery

Brad and I had made plans to meet at his place around noon yesterday. I get on the bus and send him a quick text saying I was on my way.

I asked him to meet me at the bus stop by his place. He quickly responds, saying that he couldn't, he's stuck at home waiting for a package. That's fine. I get off the bus and head towards his place.

A few minutes later he asks me to pick up lunch and bring it with me. So, I turn around and go pick up lunch. This takes forever, since the place was packed. During this time I get several message from Brad asking “What's taking so long?”   “What'd you get lost?” I finally get the food and head back toward his place. I ask him to meet me outside and he responds with “Just ring the bell.” He was starting to really annoy me!

I ring the doorbell, Brad opens the door and says “Ah, my package has arrived!”

Unorganized Lunch

I got a call from Brad, asking me if I could meet him on his lunch break. Unfortunately, I told him I was stuck in the library all day studying and I had rushed out of the house this morning and forgot my wallet.

Still I was in desperate need of a break, so I told him I would meet him as soon as I could. Maybe we could at least hang out for a bit.

By the time I got to him his break was over. I apologized for being so late. He just gave me a big hug and said "hold on, I've got something for you." He then ran into is office and came out with detailed directions, he knows how easily i get lost, to this new pizza place. Also, he included enough money for me to get a couple slices.

This was the nicest thing ever, I was left completely speechless.

re: All dressed up

“Sara was getting anxious watching me...”      Read more at Brad's blog

I'm the type of girl that usually loves just hanging out watching a good movie.

I had a very stressful week and was wanting to go out for the evening. Brad understood and mentioned that we could go to the W. This is an exquisite place, and I haven't had the chance to get really dressed up in a while. So, I was excited to go.

Brad started to get ready. I figured this would take no time at all. I was not expecting the fashion show it ended up turning into. He was having so much trouble deciding, even though he looked great in everything he put on. After what felt like forever, I told him he looked great and that if we didn't leave soon we were gonna be really late. He said I was right and we headed towards my place. I was in and out in a breeze, because I had plenty of time to think about what I was gonna wear.

Finally we were on our way. We arrive at the W and see all of the people having a great time. I give my ID to the doorman and wait for Brad to get his. After searching his wallet for a few minutes he realizes he left it at home. Argh!!! I was frustrated but, it was funny at the same time. I mean how are you gonna leave your ID when we spent the last hour getting ready to go out?

...and then blame it on me?

Heels and S.F.

Brad, like most guys is a big fan of heels   I am as well, don't get me wrong I love the way they look   Their is only one problem with heels and that is: we live in San Francisco.

When ever we make plans to go out he always hints to the fact that he would like me to wear a pair of my heels.   So, in order to make him happy I wore a pair on our last date. When he saw me he immediately made a comment about how sexy they were.   Being a girl this did make me smile   We spent a good portion of the night walking around the city, so my feet were killing me   Half way through the night I start limping.
I ask Brad if we can sit for a while.   I begin to explain the situation with heels and how they hurt after a while. He says he understand but, reminds me how sexy he thinks they are.

With comments like that... what's a girl to do?
